I have decided that each week on Thursday, I would take the time to look into and share the many benefits and uses of one particular single or blend oil. I have already covered the different body systems and what the do. You can check out that blog post click HERE (*included is a video) This week I chose one of the most popular oils Lavender!

Lavender has a sweet, floral aroma that is soothing and refreshing. Its aroma is great for relaxing and winding down before bedtime; add to bath or diffuse to create a calming and comforting environment. Lavender essential oil may compliment your favorite shampoos, lotions and skin care products. Because it is the most versatile of all essential oils, no home should be without it.

Nicknamed "The Swiss Army Knife" of essential oils! 
When in doubt on what to use always give Lavender a try first! Below are just a few suggested uses! 
1. Add a 8 to 10 drops along with some water to a spray bottle and spray in any space for a fresh and pleasing
2. Apply 2 to 4 drops to any skin care products to moisturize and skin radiance.
3. Place 2 to 4 drops in your Young Living Diffuser at night to promote calmness and restfulness
4. Add topically to soothe skin irritations
5. Add to warm bath water before bed to help relaxation
